AUDITOR

Full-time / Part-time / Project basis*
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing audit firm, providing a range of services to businesses and individuals including audit, tax, accountancy, and advisory services we are looking to recruit a self-motivated individual for the position of Auditor.
Reporting to: Audit Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Conducts audit procedures on assigned audit engagements successfully
- Identifies and communicates issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk
- Ensures audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk
- Obtains and reviews evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented
- Ensures adherence at all times to all applicable professional standards
- Organizes personal effort to be risk-based, productive, and efficient at all times
- Ensures adequate focus on personal professional growth relevant to taking on more challenging assignments, in line with standard audit career progression
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications / skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field
- Partly qualified ACA or ACCA trainee
- Two years of experience in an audit firm
- Ability to perform audit procedures through practical application
- Strong organization and follow up skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Ability to identify underlying cause of an issue raised
- Good communication skills
- Willingness and ability to adapt to new circumstances, information, and challenges
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
